Dégué, also known as Thiakry in Senegal, is a sweet and light dessert from West-Afrika.
The main ingredients are millet couscous and yoghurt. Sugar is to taste. Some people like it sweet others like the taste of yoghurt better. Some families use curdled milk instead of yoghurt. But you always get a creamy dessert with a bite.
Or toss in some oats, muesli, dried berries, raisins or fruit and you have a healthy breakfast.

sugar to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar (optional)
